About This Quiz

When life hands you lemons, what do you normally do with them? Do you make something sweet like lemon candy or lemonade, which shows off your optimistic personality? Or, would you angrily throw the lemons back at life, which could hint at how stressed you feel? Because let's face it: we all respond to stress differently. And whether you have a million dollars or you're content with your job, everybody has different types of challenges and obstacles in their life. It's all just a matter of how you deal with them, and what your perspective on life is like.

Stress treatments come in many different packages. Some people want to get away for a while by leaving town, while others rely on Netflix shows or listening to their favorite music. While there's nothing wrong with either approach, it's more important to identify the source of your stress. In fact, once you know why you're feeling stressed out, you can manage your stress more effectively. Maybe you have chronic stress, which has been causing you to feel upset and sad all the time. Or, perhaps you have emotional stress, which may be caused by negative people in your life. Whatever the case may be, it's time for us to help you out with this relaxing quiz!
