About This Quiz

Almost all of us have been in a situation where we've had to look for a job. And let's be honest here: most of the time, this process is not very fun. You need a great resume, referrals, good luck and, most of all, a high amount of confidence. We're not looking for the perfect candidate in this personality quiz either, but we are going to take a closer look at what makes you an employable person.

Someone employable possesses several types of job skills that may impress an employer. For example, if you're applying for a job as a graphic designer, then you might be someone who is creative, tech-savvy and an excellent problem-solver. And while certain job positions may require you to work by yourself, having interpersonal skills will naturally increase your "employable" status. That's because employers want to know that you're easy to work with and easy to get along with. So don't worry too much about your background, employment history or how many extracurricular activities you participate in because a job interview mainly looks at one thing: your personality. Let's see how well you shine when you come face-to-face with some of our toughest interview questions!
