I try to see both sides and find a diplomatic solution while sticking to my morals.

I welcome confrontation when I know that I'm right, and I won't back down no matter what.
I tend to agree to avoid conflict, even if I think the other person is in the wrong.

I ask the other person to revisit the topic after we've both cooled off.
