Think you know your global capitals? There are 195 countries on earth today. Each has a capital, and some even have more than one for different reasons. Some capitals have stood for centuries and others were planned and built decades ago or less. Many house governments and are centers of culture, commerce, finance, history, cuisine, entertainment, the arts and even more. The capitals which can be found spanning the entire globe are as diverse, interesting and complex as the countries they are within.   

True global citizens can find their home in any corner of the world, whether it's east, west, north or south. In fact, many of the world's biggest capital cities have many similarities when it comes to their layouts and the companies with stores there. Certain chains can be found throughout the world. Whether it's Hong Kong, London, New York City, Berlin or Canberra, the languages, fashion and architecture might vary, but people have more in common than you might think. So do their cities.
