About This Quiz

Every product that you use on a daily basis comes from a company. That is, unless you make it yourself! In this quiz, we're going to test your knowledge of what comes from where. You'll be surprised who made your detergent.

Corona Beer

Corona is owned by Anheuser-Busch, of course, now known as AB InBev. The company also owns Bud Light and Bacardi.

Dove Deodorant

Unilever is the proud owner of Dove. They also own V05 and Ponds.

Barq's Root Beer

Barq's Root Beer is proudly owned by Coca-Cola. Did you know that they also own Smart Water?


Triscuit, under the Nabisco name, is owned by Mondelez International. This was formally Kraft Foods, by the way.

Corn Flakes

Corn Flakes are owned by Kellogg's, of course. In fact, it was Kellogg himself that invented them!

How many companies own most food products?

Did you know that ten companies own basically all our food products? Talk about Big Business!


Does it surprise you that Popsicle is owned by Unilever? It shouldn't. They own Klondike as well.


Tostitos is surprisingly owned by PepsiCo. But then again, corn chips and soda are the perfect combo.


Tropicana juice is also owned by PepsiCo. They own Quaker as well, so it's a match made in heaven.


SweetTARTS are another delicious candy owned by Nestle. In fact, they own everything Wonka.


Did you know that a Canadian yogurt company owns evian? Yet, both yogurt and evian are quite French.


Trident is owned by Cadbury. That being said, Mondelez International owns all of Cadbury!


Is it any wonder that Twinings tea is owned by Associated British Foods? They also own Mazola and Argo.


Leave it to Kellogg's to own all things grainy. They also own Eggo and Pop Tarts.

Special K

Special K is owned by Kellogg's, of course! In fact, you wouldn't believe how many cereals they own.

Green Giant

Green Giant, the vegetable brand, is proudly owned by B&G. They also own Mrs. Dash and Ortega.


Those delightful little elf products are owned by Kellogg's. Thanks to Keebler, we have Sandies cookies.


Nescafe is owned by Nestle, of course. They're also the proud owners of Coffee Mate.


Those delicious KitKat bars are owned by Nestle. Hershey's must be so jealous.

Betty Crocker

General Mills owns all Betty Crocker's delicious goodies. And General Mills owns just about everything else on the planet.

Famous Amos

Famous Amos, those delicious cookies from California, are owned by Kellogg's. Might as well eat them for breakfast.


Ovaltine isn't as popular as it used to be, but it's still around. It's owned by Associated British Foods.

A lot of ketchup

A famous merger between Kraft Heinz Company and Berkshire Hathaway means that ketchup has two parents. They're both rich.


Frito-Lay is currently owned by PepsiCo. In fact, the Frito company merged with PepsiCo in 1965.

Sargento Cheese

Sargento is a privately held company. That means that Sargento owns Sargento!

Sierra Mist

Sierra Mist is owned by PepsiCo. They also own 7UP and Mug root beer.

Life Savers

Life Savers candies are owned by Wrigley. The company also owns Altoids and Starbursts.


Ragu is owned by the North American company Mizkan. The sauce was first introduced in 1937.

Hot Pockets

Hot Pockets is owned by Nestle. They also own California Pizza Kitchen!

Peter Pan Peanut Butter

ConAgra Foods is the famous owner of Peter Pan Peanut Butter. That being said, it's still a Disney character on the label.


The Gerber line of products is owned by Nestle. Thank goodness they also own Dreyer's ice cream.


The skin care line known as Neutrogena is owned by Johnson & Johnson. The company also owns Rogaine!


Nestle is the proud owner of Perrier. They also own Nestea, of course.


Did you know that the healthy Odwalla products are owned by Coca-Cola? I wonder what's in their smoothies?

Pantene Conditioner

Pantene is owned by Proctor & Gamble. The company also owns Olay and Gillette.
